Season 6: Lost Rainforest moves Last War Survival into the Shadow Rainforest and changes the season from a mostly alliance-versus-alliance race into a broader faction campaign. Eight warzones are split into two four-warzone groups aligned with the Deepwood Clan and Wetland Clan, while the neutral Great River Clan controls the central region.
The core progression loop is simple: produce Spore, spend it on the Fungus Institute to raise Virus Resistance, use Rainforest Mushrooms to expand your Spore economy, and earn War Merit through seasonal activity. At the same time, alliances compete through Fishing Grounds, Cities, Altars, Outposts, Sanctuaries, and faction-wide Influence.
★Quick Take
Your best opening priorities are to unlock every permanent Spore Factory as efficiently as your server requires, keep the Fungus Institute high enough for current enemies and alliance targets, earn War Merit from the first available day, and avoid spreading late-season resources across multiple formations.
If you are coming from Season 5 Wild West, expect less emphasis on its CrystalGold economy and more emphasis on Virus Resistance, faction cooperation, map routes, and permanent strategic consequences.
What Is Season 6 Lost Rainforest?

Lost Rainforest is the sixth major season chapter. The Great River has been contaminated by a virus, while the Deepwood and Wetland clans remain locked in conflict. The player-controlled warzones are grouped into the two rival factions, with the Great River Clan acting as the neutral force in the center of the map.
| Season 6 System | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Spore | Upgrades the Fungus Institute and later supports vehicle-type Totems |
| Rainforest Mushroom | Builds and upgrades Spore Factories and other seasonal structures |
| War Merit | Tracks personal seasonal contribution, War Rank, stipends, buffs, and shop spending |
| Fungus Institute | Raises Virus Resistance |
| Spore Factory | Produces recurring Spore |
| Fishing Grounds | Season 6 Stronghold objectives that provide fishing access and progression |
| Alliance Pacts | Link same-faction alliances for adjacency and coordinated defense |
| Faction Technology | Provides shared faction progression |
| Altars | Unlock Alliance Skills used in faction warfare |
| Warzone Outposts | Create or protect strategic territory links |
| Sanctuaries | Major late-season faction objectives |
| Hero Awakening | Adds a new progression layer for Kimberly, DVA, and Tesla |
| Braz UR Promotion | Allows eligible SSR Braz to be promoted to UR during Season 6 |
Season 6 Timeline: What to Expect

Season 6 starts with a two-week Pre-Season. The active season then unfolds through an opening economy phase, cross-warzone expansion, Faction Clash, Altar warfare, Outpost battles, Sanctuary Duels, and a final faction push before settlement.
| Phase | Main Priorities |
|---|---|
| Pre-Season | Faction reveal, Alliance Safe Time, pact planning, presidency, hero preparation, and resource saving |
| Opening weeks | Fungus Institute, Spore Factories, War Merit, Fishing Grounds, early Cities, Purge Action, and the first Hero Awakening content |
| Mid-season | Cross-warzone warfare, Faction Clash, permanent City destruction, Altar Conquest, Braz promotion, and additional Awakening content |
| Late season | Outpost Conquest, Sanctuary Duels, faction Influence, final rankings, and cleanup of seasonal currencies and shops |
| Settlement | Ranking lock, reward distribution, seasonal system removal, and off-season transition |
!Important
Community guides do not fully agree on every later-season Awakening and Global Expedition week. Use your own Season 6 calendar and event tiles as the final authority for exact release days, battle windows, and unlock timing.
What to Prepare Before Season 6
Season 6 rewards preparation more than broad, unfocused spending. The biggest advantage comes from entering the season with one combat formation that is already strong enough to benefit from the new systems.
- Join an active alliance with reliable R4/R5 leadership.
- Review the seven other warzones in your Season 6 grouping once they are revealed.
- Save Hero Recruitment Tickets and Hero Return Tickets when you can use them efficiently during the season.
- Keep stamina available for first-kill progression and early seasonal events.
- Prepare Braz shards if you intend to use his UR promotion.
- Push Kimberly, DVA, or Tesla toward 5 stars if that hero matches your main squad.
- Raise the relevant Exclusive Weapon toward level 20 for Awakening eligibility.
- Save Skill Medals instead of scattering them across bench heroes.
- Keep Hospital, Emergency Center, and Drill Ground development healthy before heavy faction warfare.
- Stock teleports for scheduled alliance movement rather than random repositioning.
Prepare One Main Formation First
Virus Resistance is a seasonal gate, not a replacement for normal combat strength. Your troop tier, March Size, hero stars, skills, gear, research, and vehicle-center bonuses still matter.
Use the Last War troop stats guide to review Morale, troop tier, March Size, Attack, Defense, and HP. Advanced accounts can also compare long-term troop research in the Unit X guide.
Prepare Hero Awakening Requirements
Season 6 Awakening is designed for already-developed heroes. The standard unlock requirements are:
- 5-star hero.
- Exclusive Weapon at level 20 or higher.
- 50 hero-specific Awakening Shards for the initial unlock.
After Awakening is activated, further stages can use named or Universal Awakening Shards. Before spending universal hero resources, review the Hero Shards guide and Skill Medal guide.
Season 6 Resources Explained
The three resources you will manage most often are Spore, Rainforest Mushrooms, and War Merit. They serve different jobs, so treating them as one generic seasonal currency leads to poor upgrade decisions.
| Resource | Main Use | Best Early Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Spore | Fungus Institute and later Totem progression | Virus Resistance |
| Rainforest Mushroom | Spore Factories and selected seasonal buildings | Expand recurring Spore production |
| War Merit | War Rank progression and War Merit Shop purchases | Earn early and spend on real bottlenecks |
Spore: What It Does and How to Spend It

Spore is the main progression resource for the Fungus Institute. It is also used later for the Bear, Eagle, and Jaguar Totems that support Tank, Aircraft, and Missile formations.
Common Spore sources include Spore Factory production, first-time Doom Elite progression, Season Quests, Season Goals, recruitment-related seasonal rewards, first-capture rewards, passes, and selected seasonal events.
Best Spore Spending Priority
- Keep the Fungus Institute high enough for current zombie, Doom Elite, Fishing Ground, and City requirements.
- Reach the Fungus Institute milestone that unlocks your relevant Totem.
- Invest in the Totem matching your main formation.
- Avoid splitting Spore evenly across all three Totems unless you genuinely field multiple competitive squads.
Rainforest Mushrooms: Best Uses

Rainforest Mushrooms are the construction resource behind the seasonal economy. Their highest early value is usually opening and upgrading Spore Factories, because every production upgrade compounds for the rest of the season.
They can come from first-time zombie and Doom Elite kills, Hero Return recruitment, the daily Doom Walker first kill, visitors, Season Quests and Goals, first captures, passes, and the War Merit Shop.
Rainforest Mushroom Priority
- Meet the requirement to unlock the next permanent Spore Factory.
- Build the next Factory as soon as it becomes available.
- After all permanent Factories are unlocked, keep Factory levels reasonably balanced.
- Upgrade the Protector’s Field when your seasonal goals or alliance plan justify it.
- Use the War Merit Shop to solve immediate Mushroom shortages instead of buying them automatically every refresh.
War Merit: Rank, Stipends, Buffs, and Shop Currency

War Merit is both a spendable seasonal currency and a cumulative contribution total. Your cumulative War Merit drives Faction War Rank, while the currency can be used in the War Merit Shop.
Spending War Merit does not reduce the accumulated total used for your rank. That distinction matters: you can buy useful shop items without sacrificing the War Merit already counted toward rank progression.
How to Earn War Merit
- First kills of Rainforest Zombies and Doom Elites.
- Participation in first captures of Fishing Grounds and Cities.
- Purge Action ranking rewards.
- Beneath the Ruins battles and rankings.
- Fishing donations to Alliance Skills and Faction Technology.
- Reinforcing Cities and supporting faction defense.
- Faction Clash kill and defense rankings.
- Participation in destroying enemy-faction Cities.
- Season Goals and other event-specific sources shown in the Season interface.
Why Early War Rank Matters
Higher War Ranks improve Daily Stipends and War Rank buffs. Some high ranks also depend on weekly ranking settlement, so total War Merit alone may not guarantee promotion at the top end.
The practical strategy is to push early ranks while first-capture and first-kill opportunities are plentiful. An early promotion pays you back through more days of improved stipends and seasonal buffs.
Fungus Institute and Virus Resistance

The Fungus Institute is the most important personal Season 6 building. It consumes Spore and raises Virus Resistance, which is used against seasonal enemies and objective defenders.
Do not judge a fight only by displayed squad Power. If your Virus Resistance is below the requirement shown for an enemy or objective, a normally strong squad can underperform badly.
When to Prioritize the Fungus Institute
- You are blocked from the next useful zombie or Doom Elite first kill.
- Your squad takes a large resistance penalty against Fishing Ground or City defenders.
- Your alliance has a stronger objective opening soon.
- You need more resistance for Purge Action or other seasonal PvE.
- You are approaching the Totem unlock milestone.
Spore Factory Guide

Spore Factories convert Rainforest Mushrooms into long-term Spore production. Four permanent Factories are available, and the Weekly Pass can add a temporary Factory while active.
| Factory Detail | Season 6 Rule |
|---|---|
| Main output | Spore |
| Upgrade resource | Rainforest Mushroom |
| Permanent set | Spore Factory I-IV |
| Maximum level | Level 30 in current Season 6 references |
| Weekly Pass | Adds one temporary Factory while the pass is active |
The next-Factory requirement is one of the details that has differed between early previews and later live-server guides. Some early material showed level 15, while later Season 6 guides use level 10. Follow the prerequisite displayed in your own building interface.
Recommended Factory Strategy
- Build Factory I immediately.
- Raise it only as far as needed to unlock Factory II.
- Repeat the process until all permanent Factories are open.
- Then balance upgrades so you are buying the cheapest production gains first.
- Claim production regularly so storage does not become the hidden bottleneck.
Protector’s Field and Desert Protectors

The Protector’s Field returns as the seasonal building tied to Desert Protectors. It can be useful in important alliance and faction battles, but early Rainforest Mushrooms usually have a stronger compounding return in Spore Factories.
For troop-loss planning around Protector use, review the Hospital guide, Emergency Center guide, and Drill Ground guide.
Protector Strategy
- Use Protectors for meaningful objectives, not routine low-level PvE.
- Confirm whether the march will actually enter combat before committing them.
- Keep Factory development ahead of optional Protector’s Field upgrades early.
- Coordinate Protector Rallies with alliance leadership so their value is concentrated.
Bear, Eagle, and Jaguar Totems
After enough Fungus Institute progression, Season 6 opens three vehicle-type Totems. They are a natural place to specialize rather than spread resources.
| Totem | Main Formation | Related Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Bear Totem | Tank | Tank Center guide |
| Eagle Totem | Aircraft | Aircraft Center guide |
| Jaguar Totem | Missile | Missile Center guide |
Choose the Totem that matches your primary squad. A single developed Totem usually gives a better immediate return than three partially upgraded options.
War Merit Shop: What to Buy First

The War Merit Shop becomes an important source of seasonal materials once unlocked. Current live-server guides place the unlock at Fungus Institute level 4.
The shop can include Rainforest Mushrooms, bait, Tactics Card packs, Awakening-related items, Spore or other seasonal materials depending on the current refresh and week. Some items also require a minimum War Rank.
War Merit Shop Priority
- Rainforest Mushrooms when they unlock the next Factory or remove a real construction bottleneck.
- Limited Awakening or permanent progression items for your main squad.
- Tactics Card packs that improve the formation you actually use.
- Fishing resources when they support active faction or War Merit goals.
- Cosmetics and low-impact materials only after core progression is covered.
Season 6 Map, Factions, and Faction Awards
The Season 6 battlefield contains eight warzones split into two groups of four. The strongest warzone in each group becomes its Faction Leader during the Pre-Season selection stage. The two leaders select patterns that determine which group is assigned to Deepwood and which is assigned to Wetland, as well as the final map arrangement.
Individual players and normal alliances do not freely pick their four-warzone partners. The grouping is created first, then faction assignment is resolved through the Faction Awards process.
Map Positioning Priorities
- Stay near the alliance hive and planned territory route.
- Save teleports for scheduled expansion or faction operations.
- Think beyond the next City; late-season routes toward Altars, Outposts, and Sanctuaries matter more.
- Do not create isolated territory that leadership cannot defend.
Use the Advanced Teleporter guide before burning premium relocation items during a map push.
Alliance Pacts Explained
Alliance Pacts let two alliances in the same faction cooperate more closely when their territories meet the required adjacency condition. Pact partners can share territory adjacency for expansion and support each other’s City defense, which makes partner choice a map decision rather than a simple Power ranking.
What Makes a Good Pact Partner?
- Territory that extends your route instead of duplicating it.
- Activity hours that complement your alliance.
- Reliable leadership communication.
- Shared priorities for Cities, Fishing Grounds, Altars, Outposts, and Sanctuaries.
- A willingness to reinforce instead of only asking for access.
Fishing Grounds and Fishing Strategy
Fishing Grounds are Season 6’s Stronghold-style objectives. Capturing them expands territory and gives faction members access to fishing, while first-capture participation contributes War Merit.
Owned Fishing Grounds are attacked during the designated Battle-Ready windows on Wednesday and Saturday. Higher-level grounds can improve fishing opportunities, but route value and alliance timing may be more important than raw level.
Why Fishing Matters
Fishing is tied into several seasonal systems, including Alliance Skills, Faction Technology, War Merit, rankings, and Great River Clan-related donations. Do not automatically donate every rare catch to the first available option; follow the current faction priority.
Cities, Faction Clash, and Permanent Destruction
Early City Clash expands normal territory. Once Faction Clash opens, enemy-faction Cities can be destroyed rather than simply occupied. That change is one of the most important strategic rules in Season 6.
A destroyed enemy City is removed from the season map and cannot be rebuilt. It stops providing adjacency and permanently changes the routes available to both factions.
How to Choose a City Destruction Target
- Cut a route the enemy needs for a major objective.
- Open or protect a path toward a Sanctuary or Outpost.
- Remove a City that anchors several enemy connections.
- Target meaningful Influence rather than chasing random kills.
- Coordinate multiple alliances so the faction does not waste its limited battle windows.
Alliance Safe Time
Alliance Safe Time protects your alliance’s Cities and Stronghold-style territory during one selected Battle-Ready period. It does not protect individual bases, every neutral objective, or objectives owned by another alliance.
Leadership should choose Safe Time around the alliance’s weakest coverage window and review it before major Wednesday or Saturday operations.
Faction Technology and Alliance Skills
Faction Technology is shared progression funded by faction contributions. Alliance Skills are activated separately by qualified officers and can come from faction progression or captured Altars.
These skills consume Alliance Energy, so R4/R5 officers should save high-impact activations for important City, Outpost, Sanctuary, or Faction Duel windows instead of using them for minor fights.
Altar Conquest
Altar Conquest begins in the mid-season faction-war phase and runs on Tuesdays. Altars sit in the central Great River Clan region and do not require adjacent alliance territory to contest.
| Altar | Strategic Role |
|---|---|
| Snake Altar | Unlocks an Alliance Skill; available in the first Altar wave |
| Echo Altar | Unlocks an Alliance Skill; available in the first Altar wave |
| Gust Altar | Unlocks later as Altar progression expands |
| Feather Altar | Later-season Alliance Skill option |
| Treehaven Altar | Late Altar option with its own Alliance Skill |
Important Altar Rules
- An alliance can hold up to three Altars.
- Some Altar pairs are mutually exclusive.
- The contest window is limited, so partially filling an occupied Altar is not enough if you fail to complete capture.
- Altar ownership does not create normal connected territory.
- The best Altar is the one whose Alliance Skill fits your faction plan, not automatically the highest-level one.
Warzone Outposts
Warzone Outposts are late-season strategic connectors around Sanctuary routes. They become available progressively, and once an Outpost is destroyed it is permanently gone for the rest of the season.
That permanence makes Outpost defense more important than in seasons where lost structures could simply be replaced. Presidents and faction leadership should plan them around actual Sanctuary access and defensive depth.
Outpost Strategy
- Place and defend Outposts for a clear route purpose.
- Coordinate with the other warzones in your faction before committing a key position.
- Build quickly when an Outpost becomes available.
- Do not assume a territory link will still exist by Sanctuary Duel day.
- Use Alliance Pacts to extend eligible support when the rules allow it.
Sanctuary Duel
Sanctuaries are the major warzone objectives of Season 6. Enemy Sanctuary contests take place on Saturdays during Weeks 5, 6, and 7 in the documented live schedule.
Attack eligibility depends on territory access. A direct connection, an Outpost route, or qualifying pact access can determine whether an alliance can participate in the attack. Losing the connector before the Duel can therefore remove your route at the worst possible time.
Sanctuary Preparation Checklist
- Confirm the route and eligibility before mass-teleporting players.
- Defend the Outpost or City chain that grants access.
- Assign rally, garrison, and reinforcement leaders before battle.
- Save Alliance Skills for high-value scoring periods.
- Track faction Influence, not only personal kills.
Hero Awakening in Season 6
Hero Awakening is the headline hero-progression system in Lost Rainforest. Kimberly, DVA, and Tesla are the first Season 6 heroes in the system, covering Tank, Aircraft, and Missile formations.
Awakening replaces the hero’s Expertise skill with an Awakening skill that inherits the original effect and adds new functionality. It also creates a separate Awakening-star progression track.
| Hero | Type | Internal Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Kimberly | Tank | Kimberly guide |
| DVA | Aircraft | DVA guide |
| Tesla | Missile | Tesla guide |
Awakening Shard Costs
| Awakening Milestone | Cumulative Shards |
|---|---|
| Initial unlock | 50 named Awakening Shards |
| Awakening Star 1 | 130 |
| Awakening Star 2 | 330 |
| Awakening Star 3 | 680 |
| Awakening Star 4 | 1,080 |
| Awakening Star 5 | 1,580 |
The initial 50-shard unlock is the first major breakpoint. F2P and low-spend players should not assume that maxing all three heroes in the same season is realistic or efficient.
Global Expedition and Hero Trials
Global Expedition is the major PvE source of Awakening progression during Season 6. It runs in hero-focused rounds and rewards Awakening Shards through stage progress and milestone rewards. Hero Trials provide additional free named shards for the matching hero.
Global Expedition Priorities
- Start each hero round when it opens instead of waiting until the final day.
- Claim Hero Trial shards immediately.
- Use the Tactics Cards that match your main formation.
- Revisit earlier stages after meaningful hero, Totem, or card upgrades.
- Read the event’s Area Buffs before assuming raw Power is the only requirement.
Braz UR Promotion

Braz is the Season 6 SSR-to-UR promotion hero. His promotion opens during the active season and requires a fully starred SSR Braz plus the Season 6 UR Hero Badge.
- SSR Braz at 5 stars.
- 1 UR Hero Badge.
- The Badge is earned from the 500,000 total War Merit Season Goal.
What Happens After Braz Becomes UR?
- His hero level is retained.
- His star level resets from 5 stars to 3 stars.
- His new UR skills start at level 1.
- Skill Medals invested in the old skills are returned by mail.
- Eligible Wall of Honor shards are returned as Braz-specific SSR shards.
- Shards used to build the original hero from 0 to 5 stars are not refunded.
- Rebuilding promoted Braz from 3 to 5 stars requires 1,600 SSR shards.
UR Braz shifts away from his original monster-focused role and becomes more useful for PvP and faction warfare. The main risk is promoting him without enough shards or Skill Medals to rebuild him before an important battle.
Is Braz Worth Promoting?
Promote Braz when he has a clear place in your long-term formation and you can afford the post-promotion rebuild. If his SSR version is still doing important PvE work and you cannot restore the UR version quickly, delaying the promotion can be more practical.
Tactics Cards in Season 6
The Season 4/5 Hybrid Squad 4+1 card is no longer the defining option in Season 6. Lost Rainforest adds three Universal cards aimed at single-type formations.
| Card | Formation | Main Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Aftermath Burst | Missile | Improves damage-over-time effects for Missile heroes |
| Dimensional Crit | Tank | Raises Crit Rate for the Tank hero with the highest Attack |
| Frontal Suppression | Aircraft | Improves Attack Speed for Aircraft heroes in the relevant formation setup |
These cards are aimed at PvP and Global Expedition. For most players, the best approach is to develop the card package that supports the same squad as the chosen Totem and Awakening hero.
Season 6 Quests and Daily Routine

A consistent daily loop is more valuable than occasional burst spending. Use this checklist to keep the seasonal economy moving:
- Claim Spore from every available Factory.
- Complete Season Quests and collect visitors.
- Do the daily Doom Walker first kill when available.
- Push profitable Rainforest Zombie and Doom Elite first kills.
- Check War Rank, Daily Stipend, and War Merit Shop refreshes.
- Fish and donate according to the current alliance or faction priority.
- Progress Beneath the Ruins, Hero Trials, and Global Expedition.
- Join first captures and scheduled City/Fishing Ground operations.
- Review Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday battle plans.
- Time large hero, research, building, and troop upgrades around Alliance Duel when it makes sense.
The Alliance Duel guide can help you coordinate recruitment, Skill Medals, Hero Shards, buildings, research, and speedups without sacrificing seasonal timing.
Professions in Season 6
The Profession level cap remains 100 in Season 6. Engineer and War Leader are available; Diplomat is not. Additional Profession EXP remains useful because later systems can consume it even after you have reached the normal profession cap.
Seasonal skills include options tied to War Merit, fishing, Homeland and Invasion combat, fortification, and seasonal construction. Engineer is usually more attractive while you are still racing through seasonal buildings; War Leader becomes more valuable for players whose job is rallying and fighting through the faction-war phase.
Season 6 Boost and Enchanted Fungus
Season 6 includes the Enchanted Fungus themed base skin as part of its seasonal boost and cosmetic ecosystem. Because skin attributes and purchase conditions are easy to misread, check the current in-game tooltip before buying and use the Enchanted Fungus guide for a focused breakdown.
Season Battle Pass and Weekly Pass

The Season Battle Pass runs through the active-season progression window and contains free and paid reward tracks. Its useful rewards can include Rainforest Mushrooms, Spore, Profession resources, Tactics Cards, hero materials, stamina, and speedups.
Paid columns may be separate purchases, so check the current purchase screen instead of assuming one premium tier automatically includes another.
Weekly Pass

The Weekly Pass lasts seven days and adds a temporary Spore Factory while active. It can also include temporary Virus Resistance, zombie march-speed benefits, Rainforest Mushrooms, stamina, speedups, VIP Points, and Protector-related materials.
The extra Factory has the most compounding value early because every additional Spore produced can accelerate Fungus Institute progression for more of the season.
Season 6 Spending Priorities: F2P, Low Spenders, and Heavy Spenders
✓Recommendation
For F2P players, the strongest plan is specialization: all permanent Factories, enough Fungus Institute for current objectives, one Totem, one Awakening priority, and consistent War Merit. Paying to broaden into several squads is usually less valuable than finishing one complete progression path first.
F2P
- Complete every free Season Quest and first-kill source you can handle efficiently.
- Unlock all permanent Spore Factories as early as possible.
- Earn early War Rank for additional days of stipends and buffs.
- Pick one Totem and one Awakening hero.
- Do not promote Braz unless you can rebuild him.
- Make Global Expedition and Hero Trials mandatory, not optional.
Low Spenders
- Prioritize purchases that increase recurring production early in the season.
- Use paid Awakening resources only on a hero that will remain in your main squad.
- Avoid buying convenience materials that replace resources you could obtain through normal activity.
- Do not let the temporary Weekly Pass Factory distract from permanent Factory upgrades.
Heavy Spenders
- Even with more resources, keep one primary formation ahead of your secondary squads.
- Use extra Spore and Awakening resources to create a real second-squad breakpoint, not three unfinished builds.
- Coordinate power spikes with faction battle windows so spending creates strategic value, not only account Power.
Players who would rather start with a more established roster can compare Last War accounts for sale, but the important checks are the server and season, main squad quality, Exclusive Weapon levels, Awakening progress, Braz status, troop tier, research, gear, VIP level, and whether the account actually fits your intended formation.
Best Season 6 Priority Order
| Priority | Investment | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Spore Factories | Builds the recurring economy that funds later Virus Resistance |
| 2 | Fungus Institute | Keeps you eligible for stronger seasonal enemies and alliance objectives |
| 3 | War Merit | Improves rank, stipends, buffs, and shop access |
| 4 | Main vehicle Totem | Concentrates combat progression on the formation you use most |
| 5 | Main Hero Awakening | Adds permanent hero progression with a strong first-unlock breakpoint |
| 6 | Protector’s Field | Supports scheduled seasonal warfare after the economy is established |
| 7 | Braz UR promotion | Strong when prepared, but expensive to rebuild after the star reset |
Common Season 6 Mistakes
- Ignoring Virus Resistance: squad Power alone cannot remove a large seasonal resistance penalty.
- Delaying Spore Factories: every missed day is production you cannot fully recover later.
- Following an old Factory unlock number blindly: use the requirement shown on your server.
- Spending Rainforest Mushrooms on secondary buildings too early: protect the recurring economy first.
- Assuming War Merit disappears when spent: shop spending does not erase the accumulated rank total.
- Missing early War Rank promotions: later promotion means fewer days of better stipends and buffs.
- Donating fish without checking faction priorities: the same catch may have more strategic value elsewhere.
- Destroying random enemy Cities: City destruction permanently changes the map.
- Choosing Altars only by level: the Alliance Skill should match the actual battle plan.
- Failing to defend Outposts: a destroyed Outpost does not return.
- Preparing Awakening Shards but ignoring the level-20 Exclusive Weapon requirement.
- Promoting Braz without enough rebuild resources.
- Splitting Spore among all three Totems: specialization usually reaches useful breakpoints faster.
- Staying in an inactive alliance: individual strength cannot replace access to coordinated faction objectives.
What Happens After Season 6?
When Season 6 reaches settlement, War Merit stops increasing, War Rank buffs end, competitive rankings lock, and seasonal rewards are calculated. Temporary seasonal buildings and systems are then removed or converted according to the rules shown in the event interface.
Before settlement, finish important War Merit Shop purchases and use seasonal resources when they still create meaningful progress. If your server later opens transfer content, the Last War Transfer Surge guide can help you prepare for the off-season transition.
FAQs
What should I prioritize first in Last War Season 6?
Unlock and develop your permanent Spore Factories, then keep the Fungus Institute high enough for current seasonal objectives. At the same time, earn War Merit early so you benefit from higher ranks and stipends for more of the season.
Does spending War Merit lower my Faction War Rank?
No. Shop spending uses War Merit currency but does not reduce the accumulated War Merit total used for your personal rank.
What is required to unlock Hero Awakening?
The hero must be 5 stars, have an Exclusive Weapon at level 20 or higher, and use 50 named Awakening Shards for the initial unlock.
Which heroes receive Awakening in Season 6?
Kimberly, DVA, and Tesla are the Season 6 Awakening heroes for Tank, Aircraft, and Missile squads. Their exact event timing should be checked in your server’s Season calendar because published community schedules have differed.
When should I promote Braz to UR?
Promote Braz when he is already 5 stars, you have the UR Hero Badge from the 500,000 War Merit Season Goal, and you have enough shards and Skill Medals to rebuild the promoted version after it resets to 3 stars with level-1 skills.
Can F2P players keep up in Lost Rainforest?
Yes, but specialization matters. A F2P account should prioritize the free seasonal economy, War Merit, one Totem, one Awakening hero, Global Expedition, Hero Trials, and reliable participation in alliance objectives instead of trying to develop every new system equally.
Conclusion
Last War Season 6 Lost Rainforest is won by connecting personal progression to faction strategy. Build the Spore economy early, maintain enough Virus Resistance for current objectives, earn War Merit consistently, and specialize your Totem and Awakening investment around one main formation.
