IV. Transaction and Escrow Process

Heaven Guardian operates as an intermediary to facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers.

Funds are not released to the seller until the required transfer steps have been completed or the transaction is otherwise deemed accepted under these Terms.

1. Account Transfer Procedure

Once the seller provides the necessary credentials or access details, Heaven Guardian coordinates the transfer through the official transaction channel. Buyers must follow all instructions provided to secure the account properly.

2. Buyer Confirmation Requirement

After Heaven Guardian sends written instructions requesting completion of the required security steps, including password or recovery changes where applicable, the buyer must confirm completion within forty-eight (48) hours.

3. Disputes

Any dispute relating to account access, transfer completion, or missing credentials must be raised within the same 48-hour confirmation window. If a dispute is raised in time, Heaven Guardian will review the matter before any payment release.

Failure to complete the required security confirmation within the stated timeframe may reduce, limit, or void post-transaction warranty coverage.

V. Warranty and Return Policy

Heaven Guardian offers a lifetime account recall warranty on eligible account purchases, subject to compliance with our transaction and security procedures.

If a covered recall issue is verified, the standard remedy is store credit equal to the original purchase amount, to be used on eligible services available through Heaven Guardian.

This warranty does not cover in-game bans, bugs, locks, rollbacks, or issues unrelated to account recall unless expressly stated otherwise.

VI. Game-Related Risk Disclosure

Heaven Guardian provides services related to virtual goods, including gaming accounts and other digital services. Buying, selling, or transferring these services may violate the rules, policies, or Terms of Service of the relevant game developer or platform.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that such activity may lead to warnings, suspensions, restrictions, or permanent bans imposed by the game publisher or platform owner.

Heaven Guardian is not responsible for penalties, enforcement actions, or account sanctions imposed by third-party game publishers, except to the limited extent expressly covered by our warranty policy.

VII. Prohibited Conduct

• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or abuse the escrow process.
• Providing false information, fake evidence, or misleading claims during disputes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the website, systems, or communications.
• Copying, scraping, or commercially exploiting site content without written permission.

Heaven Guardian reserves the right to suspend, cancel, refuse, or review any order or account activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
