Kingshot Alliance Brawl Guide: Tasks, Points & Rewards

by | Aug 19, 2026

Kingshot Alliance Brawl tasks and rewards

Kingshot Alliance Brawl is a 6.5-day alliance competition where two alliances from different Kingdoms score through six themed progression stages. Each stage awards Horns, and the alliance with at least seven of the 13 available Horns wins the matchup.

The event rewards planning more than random spending. Hero Shards, Pet materials, Hero Gear, Truegold, Tempered Truegold, Governor Gear, stamina, and speedups all have specific scoring windows, while renewable activities such as caravans, gathering, Intel Missions, Beasts, and Terror rallies can provide large amounts of score without consuming rare upgrade materials.

This guide covers the current Alliance Brawl schedule, task rotation, point values, Horn system, alliance coordination, personal and alliance rewards, and the mistakes that waste the most resources.

Alliance Brawl has six scoring stages worth 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, and 4 Horns. Save resources for their correct days, use renewable points first, and keep flexible materials for the 36-hour Full-Scale Competition. Seven Horns secure the overall win.

What Is Alliance Brawl in Kingshot?

Alliance Brawl is a recurring cross-Kingdom progression competition between two alliances.

Unlike battlefield events, the winner is determined through development and activity tasks rather than direct PvP. Individual points contribute to several objectives:

  • Personal milestone chests
  • Your alliance’s current stage score
  • Your final contribution ranking
  • The Horn result for each stage

The event normally appears after Kingdom of Power and commonly overlaps with Merchant Empire. This is why caravan escort and raid tasks appear throughout Alliance Brawl.

For caravan grades, escort mechanics, plundering, and Merchant Empire rewards, use the Kingshot Merchant Empire Guide.

Alliance Brawl Schedule and Horns

The first five stages last 24 hours each. Full-Scale Competition then lasts 36 hours and carries four Horns.

Stage Name Duration Main Focus Horns
Day 1 Rise of the City 24 hours Truegold, development, speedups, gathering 1
Day 2 Hero Development 24 hours Hero Shards, Intel, Truegold 2
Day 3 Pet Training 24 hours Pets, Taming Marks, Charms, gathering 2
Day 4 Gear Enhancement 24 hours Hero Gear, Charms, troop training, Intel 2
Day 5 Trade Baron 24 hours Governor Gear, Truegold, Beasts, Terrors 2
Days 6–7 Full-Scale Competition 36 hours Most major upgrade and hunting categories 4

The total is:

1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 13 Horns

Seven Horns guarantee the overall victory. Therefore, an alliance can technically secure the matchup before Full-Scale Competition if it wins the first four stages.

Alliance rule: Track Horns, not only raw points. Winning one stage by 10 million points gives the same Horns as winning it by a small margin. Once a stage is safely controlled, preserve rare resources for a later stage.

Matchmaking and Participation

Alliance Brawl matchmaking begins at 23:00 UTC on Sunday.

Current participation rules require your alliance to be among the eligible top alliances by Power, commonly the top 20 in the Kingdom, and you must be inside the alliance you intend to represent before matchmaking begins.

Players joining a different alliance after matchmaking cannot begin contributing Brawl points to that new alliance.

If you leave the alliance you originally matched with, personal progress can remain, but alliance contribution only resumes after returning to the original participating alliance. For final alliance and ranking rewards, return before rewards are distributed.

Current Alliance Brawl Point Chart

The exact task list grows as later systems such as Truegold, Tempered Truegold, War Academy, Master Skills, and advanced Gear become available.

The following table covers the major current scoring tasks:

Current late-game accounts may see tasks unavailable to younger Kingdoms. Always compare your live task screen before consuming a rare item.

Day 1: Rise of the City

Day 1 is worth only one Horn, so this is normally a stage where efficient scoring matters more than maximum spending.

The main tasks include Truegold, Tempered Truegold, Truegold Dust, construction and research speedups, Master materials, gathering, caravans, Gems, and Top-Up Points.

Day 1 Strategy

  • Send gathering marches before reset so they return after Day 1 begins.
  • Complete caravan escorts and raids.
  • Use planned building and research upgrades.
  • Use Master materials only if they advance a useful skill.
  • Do not spend rare flexible resources to overkill a one-Horn stage.

Day 2: Hero Development

Day 2 awards two Horns and is the main Hero Shard scoring window.

Hero Shard Points Each
Rare Hero Shard 210
Epic Hero Shard 750
Mythic Hero Shard 1,875

Intel Missions are also worth 3,000 points each on Day 2.

Use Hero Shards on Heroes that remain part of your actual development plan. A Brawl score is not a good reason to invest valuable Mythic Shards into a Hero you do not intend to use.

Day 3: Pet Training

Day 3 awards two Horns and centers on Pets, Taming Marks, Governor Charms, gathering, and caravans.

Important values include:

  • Pet Advancement Score +1: 30 points
  • Governor Charm max score +1: 45 points
  • Advanced Taming Mark: 9,370 points
  • Common Taming Mark: 680 points
  • Caravan escort or raid: 10,000 points

Pet advancement can create a large score spike, but the upgrade should still provide useful combat statistics or skills after Alliance Brawl ends.

Day 4: Gear Enhancement

Day 4 rewards Hero Gear, Governor Charms, direct troop training, Intel Missions, and caravans.

Task Points
Use 1 Forgehammer 1,875
Use 1 Exclusive Hero Widget 3,750
Use 1 Mithril 18,750
Complete 1 Intel Mission 3,000
Train 1 Level 10 troop 24
Train 1 Level 11 troop 30

Troop promotions score based on the difference between the starting and destination troop levels, so promoting existing troops can be useful when it also supports your normal troop progression.

Mithril is one of the largest single-item scoring options, but it should only be used on Hero Gear you genuinely want to develop.

Day 5: Trade Baron

Day 5 awards two Horns and combines Governor Gear progression with Truegold, Tempered Truegold, speedups, Beasts, Terror rallies, and caravans.

Target Points
Level 1–10 Beast 4,000
Level 11–15 Beast 4,500
Level 16–20 Beast 5,000
Level 21–25 Beast 5,500
Level 26–30 Beast 6,000
Call and complete a Terror rally 15,000

Save stamina before Day 5 if your alliance intends to push this stage. Organizing repeated Terror rallies during peak alliance activity can produce meaningful renewable score without consuming Hero Shards, Mithril, Widgets, or Pet materials.

Comparing developed accounts: Players comparing Kingshot accounts for sale should check stored event materials, Hero Gear, Pets, Truegold progression, Governor Gear, troops, and alliance-ready development rather than comparing total Power alone.

Full-Scale Competition: The Four-Horn Finale

Full-Scale Competition lasts 36 hours and awards four Horns, making it the largest individual stage of Alliance Brawl.

Current tasks include most of the expensive and flexible scoring categories:

  • Caravan escorts and raids
  • Hero Shards
  • Governor Gear and Charms
  • Forgehammers, Widgets, and Mithril
  • Pet Advancement and Taming Marks
  • Truegold, Tempered Truegold, and Truegold Dust
  • Construction, research, training, promotion, and Master Skill speedups
  • Beasts and Terror rallies
  • Gems and Top-Up Points

However, current detailed task lists do not include wilderness gathering or Intel Missions during the finale.

Best Full-Scale Strategy

  1. Check the current Horn total before spending anything rare.
  2. Use caravan and hunting points first.
  3. Coordinate Terror rallies during active alliance hours.
  4. Use planned Hero, Pet, Gear, Truegold, and research upgrades.
  5. Use speedups only when the score gap justifies them.
  6. Stop spending if the four Horns cannot change the overall outcome.

If your alliance already has seven Horns before Full-Scale begins, there is little reason to exhaust rare materials solely to increase the final point margin.

Best Alliance Coordination Strategy

Publish a Resource Plan Before Day 1

R4 and R5 leadership should tell members which resources belong to each stage before the event begins.

  • Day 2: Hero Shards
  • Day 3: Pet materials
  • Day 4: Hero Gear and troop training
  • Day 5: stamina, Governor Gear, Truegold
  • Full-Scale: flexible reserve

Use Renewable Points First

Caravans, gathering, Intel Missions, Beasts, Terror rallies, and normal troop activity should be used before an alliance starts sacrificing difficult-to-replace materials.

Coordinate by Time Zone

Leadership should watch when the opposing alliance is most active. A comfortable lead can disappear quickly if the other alliance’s strongest region begins playing shortly before stage reset.

Set a Stop Line

Decide how large a lead is enough. Once a stage appears secure, members should stop consuming rare materials and prepare for the next scoring window.

Do Not Sacrifice Bigger Events

Alliance Brawl often competes for the same resources used by other development events. Compare your schedule with the Kingshot Armament Competition Guide, Strongest Governor Guide, and Kingdom of Power before emptying long-term reserves.

Alliance Brawl Personal Rewards

Each stage contains five personal point chests.

Days 1–4 currently use the following thresholds:

100 → 25,000 → 50,000 → 87,500 → 125,000 points

Day 5 and Full-Scale Competition use higher later thresholds:

100 → 37,500 → 75,000 → 125,000 → 187,500 points

The final chest changes by stage and can include materials such as Truegold, Hero Shards, Charm materials, Artisan’s Vision, or Forgehammers.

Final Contribution Ranking Rewards

Final contribution ranking is based on your position inside your own participating alliance.

Current distribution requirements are:

  • Finish inside the alliance’s top 50 contributors.
  • Score at least 300,000 personal points.
  • Your alliance must reach at least 20,000,000 total event points.

The reward table then changes according to whether your alliance won and its Star Rating.

Higher ranks can earn the Horn of Victory, Alliance Tokens, Gems, Truegold, Mythic General Hero Shards, and General Speedups.

What Is Horn of Victory?

Horn of Victory is a permanent Oasis Island decoration tied to Alliance Brawl contribution ranking rewards.

Higher-ranked contributors receive more copies, and reward amounts depend on alliance Star Rating and whether the alliance wins or loses the matchup.

Do not consume Mithril, Mythic Hero Shards, Widgets, or other rare resources solely to chase Horn of Victory without first checking your current rank, the score gap, and the value of the resources required.

Common Alliance Brawl Mistakes

Joining After Matchmaking

Joining an alliance after the Sunday matchmaking cutoff does not make you eligible to contribute to that alliance’s current Brawl.

Spending Resources on the Wrong Day

Hero Shards, Pet materials, Hero Gear, Intel Missions, and Governor Gear all have specific scoring windows. Check the task screen before using them.

Ignoring Tempered Truegold Points

Late-game Brawl task sets can award 18,750 points per Tempered Truegold on several stages, making TTG one of the strongest building-related scoring options.

Saving Intel Missions for Full-Scale

Current detailed task lists score Intel Missions on Days 2 and 4, not during the Full-Scale finale.

Assuming Full-Scale Contains Every Task

The final stage contains most major categories, but current lists do not include wilderness gathering or Intel Missions.

Spending Everything Before the Four-Horn Stage

If the overall matchup remains undecided, reserve some flexible resources for Full-Scale Competition.

Overkilling a Secured Stage

Extra points do not create extra Horns. Once the score is safely controlled, save rare resources.

Chasing Rank Without Meeting Reward Requirements

A high visible rank alone is not enough. Final ranking rewards also require the current personal and alliance score thresholds.

Conclusion

Kingshot Alliance Brawl is primarily a resource-management and coordination event. Learn the six-stage rotation, score renewable tasks first, and save Hero Shards, Pet materials, Hero Gear, Truegold, Tempered Truegold, and speedups for the stages where they actually count.

Most importantly, manage the matchup by Horns rather than raw score. Seven Horns secure victory, and spending millions of unnecessary points on an already-won stage only weakens your next push. For more event schedules and progression strategies, browse the Heaven Guardian Kingshot guides.
