Kingshot Alliance Regimentation and member capacity

To level up a Kingshot alliance, members must make Alliance Tech contributions and complete Daily Missions. Alliance Regimentation is a separate Growth technology that increases the number of players the alliance can accept.

Maxing Alliance Regimentation I, II, and III provides a combined increase of 50 member slots. However, reaching the maximum requires coordinated resource donations, connected research prerequisites, and a stable supply of Alliance Bread, Wood, Stone, and Iron.

Alliance growth also depends on active recruitment, connected territory, Alliance resource mines, banners, officer management, and choosing the correct research priorities.

This guide explains how Alliance Level works, how Alliance Regimentation increases membership capacity, the complete costs for all three tiers, how territory produces Alliance resources, and how leaders can build a more active alliance.

Alliance XP and member capacity are different. Tech contributions and Daily Missions raise Alliance XP. Alliance Regimentation increases the membership cap. Maxing all three Regimentation tiers adds 50 member slots, with 10 from Tier I, 20 from Tier II, and 20 from Tier III.

How to Unlock Alliances in Kingshot

The Alliance feature becomes available when your Town Center reaches Level 7.

After unlocking it, you can:

  • Create or join an alliance
  • Make Alliance Tech contributions
  • Receive Alliance Help
  • Join alliance rallies
  • Participate in alliance events
  • Use the Alliance Shop
  • Move inside alliance territory
  • Help construct Alliance Buildings
  • Receive territory and facility bonuses

Joining an active alliance early is one of the most effective ways to accelerate account progression. Alliance Help reduces building, research, and healing timers, while rallies and alliance events provide additional resources and progression materials.

How to Level Up an Alliance in Kingshot

An alliance starts at Level 1 with zero Alliance XP.

Alliance XP is obtained in two main ways:

  1. Making Alliance Tech contributions
  2. Completing Daily Missions

Every active member contributes to alliance growth. An alliance with many consistent contributors can level faster than an alliance with a few high-Power players who rarely donate or complete daily activity.

Alliance Level vs Alliance Regimentation

System What It Controls How It Progresses
Alliance Level Overall alliance progression and level-based features Alliance Tech contributions and Daily Missions
Alliance Regimentation Maximum number of alliance members Growth-tree research funded by alliance resources
Alliance Territory Controlled map area, resource nodes and facility access Alliance HQ and connected banners

Researching Regimentation does not directly raise Alliance Level. However, the contributions made toward the research help generate Alliance XP.

What Is Alliance Regimentation?

Alliance Regimentation is a Growth-tree Alliance Technology that raises the alliance membership cap.

It has three tiers:

  • Alliance Regimentation I: Up to 10 additional members
  • Alliance Regimentation II: Up to 20 additional members
  • Alliance Regimentation III: Up to 20 additional members

When all three tiers are fully researched, the alliance receives a combined maximum increase of 50 members.

Important: The member increase displayed at each level is cumulative within that tier. For example, Regimentation I Level 5 provides a total increase of 10 members, not an additional 10 on top of every earlier level.

How Alliance Tech Contributions Work

Alliance research uses two connected resource systems.

  • Personal contributions: Members donate personal Bread, Wood, Stone, or Iron to fill the technology contribution bar.
  • Alliance resources: The alliance spends stored Alliance Bread, Wood, Stone, and Iron to begin the research.

Once the contribution requirement is met and the alliance has enough stored resources, an authorized officer can begin the research timer.

The first level of each Regimentation tier is currently instant after its requirements are met. Levels 2 through 5 take between one hour and two hours and thirty minutes.

Alliance Regimentation I

Alliance Regimentation I is the starting membership technology. It has no previous technology requirements and should be one of the first Growth technologies considered by a new alliance that is actively recruiting.

Level Alliance Bread Alliance Wood Research Time Total Member Increase
1 1,700 1,700 Instant +2
2 2,000 2,000 1 hour +4
3 2,500 2,500 1 hour 30 minutes +6
4 3,000 3,000 2 hours +8
5 3,400 3,400 2 hours 30 minutes +10

Regimentation I Total Cost

  • Alliance Bread: 12,600
  • Alliance Wood: 12,600
  • Total research time: 7 hours after contribution requirements are completed
  • Maximum member increase: 10

Alliance Regimentation II

Regimentation II requires progress in two other Growth technologies:

  • Mechanisms I
  • Advanced Training I

The required level of both technologies must match the Regimentation II level being researched.

Level Requirements Alliance Bread Alliance Wood Alliance Stone Time Member Increase
1 Mechanisms I Lv.1 and Advanced Training I Lv.1 71,100 71,100 0 Instant +4
2 Mechanisms I Lv.2 and Advanced Training I Lv.2 85,300 85,300 0 1 hour +8

Alliance Regimentation III

Regimentation III is the final membership-capacity tier.

Its correct prerequisites are:

  • Stone Gathering I
  • Iron Gathering I

Older versions of this guide incorrectly listed Coal Mining I and Iron Mining I. The current Alliance Tech tree uses Stone Gathering I and Iron Gathering I.

Level Requirements Bread Wood Stone Iron Time Member Increase

Total 3,561,400 3,561,400 1,646,500 545,000 21 hours +50

The total research time does not include the time members need to fill each contribution bar.

Should You Prioritize Alliance Regimentation?

Regimentation is a high priority when your alliance is active and regularly reaches its membership limit.

Prioritize Regimentation When:

  • The alliance is full or nearly full.
  • Qualified applicants are waiting to join.
  • A merger will bring additional active members.
  • The alliance needs more rally participants.
  • You need more members for alliance events.
  • Current members contribute consistently.

Delay Regimentation When:

  • The alliance has many empty positions.
  • A large percentage of current members are inactive.
  • Territory research is blocking resource expansion.
  • Construction, research, or battle bonuses offer more immediate value.
  • The alliance lacks enough resources to complete important buildings.

Increasing capacity does not automatically make an alliance stronger. Twenty active members can contribute more than fifty inactive accounts.

Best Alliance Tech Priority

Alliance Regimentation is only one part of the Growth tree.

A balanced early priority can include:

  1. Enough Regimentation to accept active applicants
  2. Cooperative Protocols for stronger Alliance Help
  3. Adaptive Tools for Construction Speed
  4. Advanced Training for Training Speed
  5. Treaties for additional Alliance Help capacity
  6. Gathering technologies required for later Regimentation
  7. Territory technologies needed for banners and resource nodes
  8. Battle technologies after core growth systems are stable

The exact order depends on whether the alliance is limited by member capacity, construction speed, territory, resources, or military strength.

Does Regimentation Increase Training Capacity?

No. Alliance Regimentation only raises the membership cap.

Advanced Training increases troop training speed for alliance members. Training capacity is controlled through separate city and research systems.

Advantages of Alliance Territory

Alliance territory is the area controlled by the Alliance HQ and connected Alliance Banners.

Its main benefits include:

  • Territory bonuses for eligible members inside the borders
  • Alliance resource production
  • Access to map facilities and strategic positions
  • Space for Alliance Buildings
  • Connected routes into Plains and Fertile Land
  • A protected central area for alliance members
  • Better rally and reinforcement coordination

Cities should be positioned fully inside alliance territory to receive the available territory benefits.

How to Expand Alliance Territory

  1. Build the Alliance HQ in a strategic location.
  2. Place connected banners outward from the HQ.
  3. Route banners toward Alliance resource nodes and facilities.
  4. Keep every banner connected to the Alliance HQ network.
  5. Unlock Plains Enrichment before expanding into Plains.
  6. Unlock Cultivation Drive before placing buildings in Fertile Land.
  7. Avoid wasting banners on empty territory with no strategic value.

An alliance can place up to 285 banners. Banner costs increase as more banners are constructed, so officers should plan the route before spending alliance resources.

How to Get Alliance Iron in Kingshot

Alliance Iron is produced by Alliance Iron resource mines captured inside alliance territory.

To activate an Alliance Iron Mine:

  1. Locate an Alliance Iron resource point on the world map.
  2. Extend connected Alliance Banners toward the mine.
  3. Place the territory border over at least 75% of the mine.
  4. Keep the banner route connected to the Alliance HQ.
  5. Wait for the mine to produce Alliance Iron.

Simply placing a banner near the mine is not enough. At least 75% of the resource point must be covered by active alliance territory.

If a connecting banner is destroyed, disconnected, or becomes invalid, the resource mine may stop contributing resources until the territory connection is restored.

How to Recruit Alliance Members

Regimentation creates open positions, but recruitment determines whether those positions generate real value.

Good Recruitment Requirements

  • Minimum Town Center or Power level
  • Daily activity expectations
  • Alliance Tech contribution requirements
  • Event participation expectations
  • Preferred language or active timezone
  • Rules for inactivity
  • Requirements for moving into alliance territory

Where to Recruit

  • Kingdom chat
  • Direct invitations
  • Alliance recruitment settings
  • Smaller alliance merger discussions
  • Event and rally participants
  • Kingdom community channels

A short, specific recruitment message usually performs better than a generic message asking everyone to join.

Remove Long-Term Inactive Members

Before researching another membership tier, review the existing roster.

Inactive accounts occupy positions without contributing:

  • Alliance XP
  • Technology donations
  • Event points
  • Rally participation
  • Territory defense
  • Alliance Help

Use a clear inactivity policy and communicate it before removing established members.

Kingshot Alliance Ranks

Kingshot alliances use six ranks:

  • R0
  • R1
  • R2
  • R3
  • R4
  • R5

Different ranks have different permissions. R5 is the alliance leader, while higher officer ranks can receive management permissions.

Members at R3 or above can promote or demote eligible members who are at least one rank below them.

Recommended Rank Management

  • Use lower ranks for new or probationary members.
  • Promote consistent contributors gradually.
  • Reserve R4 for trusted officers who understand territory, research, recruitment, and events.
  • Limit sensitive permissions to players who communicate reliably.
  • Review inactive officers before assigning new responsibilities.

Alliance Mobilization and Alliance Growth

Alliance Mobilization is a separate recurring event where members complete individual missions that contribute to shared alliance progress.

It can reward active cooperation, but it does not replace the normal methods of earning Alliance XP.

The normal Alliance XP sources remain:

  • Alliance Tech contributions
  • Daily Missions

During Alliance Mobilization, officers should coordinate task selection and encourage members to choose missions they can complete without wasting important resources.

Best Alliance Growth Strategy

  1. Recruit active players rather than filling every slot immediately.
  2. Set a daily Alliance Tech contribution expectation.
  3. Research only enough Regimentation to match recruitment demand.
  4. Remove long-term inactive accounts after fair warning.
  5. Place the Alliance HQ near useful resource routes.
  6. Build connected banners toward Alliance resource mines.
  7. Keep member cities inside alliance territory.
  8. Assign trusted R4 officers to research, recruitment, and territory.
  9. Coordinate events and rally schedules across active timezones.
  10. Balance Growth, Territory, and Battle research.

Common Alliance Regimentation Mistakes

Confusing Alliance Level With Member Capacity

Alliance XP raises Alliance Level. Regimentation raises the maximum number of members.

Using the Wrong Tier III Requirements

Regimentation III requires Stone Gathering I and Iron Gathering I. It does not currently require Coal Mining I.

Treating Each Member Increase as Additive

The displayed value is cumulative within the tier. Regimentation I Level 5 provides 10 total additional positions.

Researching Capacity With Empty Slots Available

If the alliance already has many empty positions, construction, help, gathering, territory, or battle technology may provide more immediate value.

Recruiting Inactive Accounts

More members only help when those members contribute, join events, support rallies, and assist territory development.

Expanding Territory Without Resource Targets

Banner routes should lead toward resource nodes, facilities, and strategic land rather than expanding randomly.

Failing to Cover Enough of a Resource Mine

At least 75% of an Alliance resource mine must be inside active territory before it produces resources.

Giving Officer Permissions Too Quickly

R4 access should be limited to trusted players who understand alliance research, territory, recruitment, and event coordination.

Players entering an established kingdom may need an active alliance, developed research, advanced troops, mature heroes, and strong Gear immediately. Those comparing established progression options can review a kingshot account for sale before developing every system from the beginning.

Conclusion

Leveling up a Kingshot alliance requires active members who make Alliance Tech contributions and complete Daily Missions.

Alliance Regimentation is different from Alliance Level. It increases member capacity, with a maximum combined bonus of 50 positions across Regimentation I, II, and III.

Regimentation I is inexpensive and has no prerequisites. Regimentation II requires Mechanisms I and Advanced Training I, while Regimentation III requires Stone Gathering I and Iron Gathering I.

Maxing all three tiers requires approximately 3.56 million Alliance Bread, 3.56 million Alliance Wood, 1.65 million Alliance Stone, and 545,000 Alliance Iron. The research timers total about 21 hours after all contribution bars are completed.

However, increasing the member cap is only useful when the alliance can recruit active players. Review inactive accounts, set contribution expectations, and reserve leadership ranks for trusted members.

Territory development is equally important. Use connected banners to reach Alliance resource nodes, cover at least 75% of each mine, and unlock Plains Enrichment and Cultivation Drive before expanding into later regions.

A successful alliance balances membership growth, technology, territory, recruitment, events, and communication rather than maximizing one system in isolation.
