I. Payment & Fees

Buyers must carefully review all payment details before completing a transaction.

Full payment must be received and confirmed by Heaven Guardian before any account credentials, access details, or digital product information are delivered.

Heaven Guardian is not responsible for delays caused by:

• buyer-side payment errors
• banking delays
• blockchain network congestion
• third-party payment provider processing times

II. Accepted Payment Methods

Heaven Guardian accepts selected secure payment methods, including:

• Bank Transfer
• Cryptocurrency such as USDT and other supported networks

If you wish to use bank transfer, please contact us through Discord or our official contact form. A member of our team will guide you through the payment process.

Heaven Guardian reserves the right to decline or limit certain payment methods if risk assessment, compliance review, or additional verification is required.

III. Payment Verification & Security

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Heaven Guardian may request additional verification before proceeding with delivery.

This may include:

• proof of payment
• identity confirmation where required
• transaction hash verification for crypto payments

If a transaction is canceled after internal review, any approved return of funds will generally be sent back to the original payment method where possible.

IV. Delivery of Digital Products

All products sold by Heaven Guardian are digital goods. No physical item will be shipped.

Delivery takes place only after payment confirmation and any required verification have been completed.

Typical delivery time is within 48 hours, depending on:

• seller responsiveness
• verification requirements
• security procedures
• availability of the digital product

If a product becomes unavailable before transfer is completed, the buyer will receive a full refund.

V. Account Transfer Assistance

For gaming accounts and similar digital products, additional coordination with a Heaven Guardian representative may be required to ensure a secure transfer.

Our team may assist with:

• changing passwords
• updating linked email addresses where applicable
• enabling two-factor authentication
• securing recovery methods

VI. Seller Delivery Policy

If a seller refuses or fails to deliver the product after the buyer has successfully completed payment, the transaction will be canceled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

Heaven Guardian actively monitors seller compliance to maintain marketplace integrity, buyer protection, and transaction transparency.

Repeated violations by sellers may result in warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
